Hello, my name is Emilie but you probably know me as Twoshoes.

I am a multidisciplinary Fine Artist who specialises in animated drawing and ink.

MY ART ETHOS: Human beings are complex, and so are our emotions. We are imperfectly perfect & I want to explore that and champion it within my art. The good, the bad and the ugly... the whole spectrum; it's all beautiful to me. The characters that I create are extensions of my personality but I believe they live inside all of us.

I aim to capture emotional and physical expression by 'animating' and capturing movement within my work. The result is somewhat dark, psychedelic and in simpler terms, you could say my work is like "Disney on acid".

To whomever is reading this, I hope my work can help to make you smile or feel seen in the moments where you feel either misunderstood or lost.

Do not forget that it is the balance between the light and dark in life that makes it worth living.
